Who we are
Insec Ventures is a privately held group, focused on building and supporting companies within security and insurance. Our ambition is to bring these two sectors closer together and combining preventive security services with insurance solutions to create deeper protection and long-term value for customers. We provide our companies with capital, governance and a long-term perspective, enabling them to grow responsibly and do their best work. As part of our commitment to European entrepreneurship, we prioritize European production and suppliers whenever possible, supporting local industry and building resilient businesses for the future.

Per Nyberger
FOUNDER & CEO
Entrepreneur since the age of 20, with strong experience in sales, marketing, and team management. Passionate about building businesses, developing people, and creating growth. Outside of work, I train CrossFit and have a strong passion for cars.

Fredrik Starke
FOUNDER & CFO
Fredrik has built and run companies together with Per since the age of 20. He is an entrepreneur with strong skills in programming, finance, and business development. Outside of work, Fredrik is passionate about endurance sports and enjoys competing in Ironman races.
